In 1996, Dan
was licensed as a Realtor. By 1997, Dan Berry became a household
name in the industry. In 1998, Dan was awarded the coveted "CENTURION"
award. The CENTURION award is given only to those agents that
rank amongst the highest producing agents and Dan was the first
"male" agent in the real estate boards in which he belongs
to attain the CENTURION award.
In 1999, Dan repeated his successes by receiving the "Double
CENTURION" award once again for his volume and closed production,
in addition to obtaining the "Quality Service" award
for 100% of Dan's clients personally nominating him for this award.
In 2000, Dan achieved his third CENTURION award and in 2001 his
Fourth.
Dan is in the
top 1% in sales nationally and his story is about commitment.

Little Leagues. Also an active sponsor for "Officer Phil's Safer Community" for
downriver children. Dan also annually sponsors local hockey and basketball associations
as well as the Junior Football league and is an avid supporter and participant
for the muscular distrophy association's summer camps
